To encourage a culture of proactive Health & Safety, proactive awareness, industry best practices, and continuous improvement as to increase Health & Safety performance globally.

Utilization of industry leading and internal training platforms to drive Health & Safety education and awareness. Relevant and timely review, development, authorization, distribution, and control of all documents and data controls. Meeting and/or exceeding all International and National HSE Health & Safety specifications/ regulations. Provide each employee with the appropriate tools to openly and honestly reinforce Onatech's safety culture through proper reporting of unsafe acts and conditions. Enabling employees with the authority to invoke Stop Work Authority without the potential of reprisal from the company or its clients. Defining and educating employees on unacceptable occupational behaviour as to promote a safe working environment and social accountability. Promote a risk-based approach to managing Health & Safety by enabling each business line or country to implement a risk assessment program within their specific area of responsibility. Strictly enforce a zero-tolerance substance abuse policy. Provide the necessary environment to ensure employees are adequately trained and understand their responsibilities for Health & Safety as well as the safety of others. Provide appropriate education on occupational health hazards to increase our employees' health awareness. Understand and reduce our environmental aspects and impacts in each country. Default to each country's highest applicable standard(s) complementing our Health & Safety commitment.

To Meet our Commitment:
Monitor and report our Health & Safety performance. Audit and review this policy on an ongoing basis for relevance and improvement opportunity. Responsibilities: The executive management team has overall responsibility for Health & Safety at Onatech. Country Managing directors have overall accountability for the Health & Safety of all employees in the country. Country Health & Safety leads are responsible for ensuring compliance to all national Health & Safety legislations and working with the Health & Safety leads from all relevant Business Lines within Onatech. Business Line VP's supported by Business Line Health and Safety experts have overall responsibility for the Health & Safety specific to the processes, equipment, methods, accreditations and activities of the business lines. Equally, it is the duty of every employee to ensure for the Health & Safety of themselves, their co-workers, our customers and our community by complying with this Health & Safety Policy.
